I'm trying to remember which market it's in - one down by the Thames, near the Globe Theatre I think - and there's a butcher's shop that sells only pork. They have a number of pigs and wild boars stuffed and hanging on the walls. I think it's great. And like Nigella says - it's healthy to have a natural connection between you and the food; none of this abstract, wrapped in plastic and refridgerated crap.
